Sevastopol starts accepting applications for subsidies for the construction of modular hotels

On April 29, in Sevastopol, the acceptance of investment projects for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities begins. Applications will be accepted within 10 days. The winners of the competition will be provided with subsidies for financial support and (or) reimbursement of part of the costs for the purchase and installation of structures. Competitive selection is carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within the framework of the national project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry». The collection of applications in Sevastopol is carried out by the tourism department.

Sevastopol already has experience in building modular non-capital accommodation facilities. This year, the conditions have changed significantly: the main thing is that now the competition is held at the federal level, the region only collects applications and redirects them to the Ministry of Economic Development for selection for 2023 and 2024. Also, now co-financing goes not to the module, but to the number, and restrictions on the number of modular non-capital accommodation facilities in the investment project have been lifted— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the tourism department of Sevastopol Larisa Ostapenko.

She added that when drawing up an investment project, it is also necessary to take into account the permitted use of the land plot on which it is planned to build modular hotels, up-to-date information on exogenous geological processes and other data.

Recall that a modular non-capital accommodation facility is a prefabricated factory-made structure or glamping, equipped for year-round tourists and equipped with an individual toilet, washbasin, shower, with a total area of ​​at least 15 square meters. m (excluding the area of ​​the bathroom).
