CrimeaPRESS reports:
At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a resolution was adopted that establishes the provision of compensation for part of the cost of training children from large families in educational programs of secondary vocational education.
On behalf of the governor, during the Year of the Family, we worked on this issue. Students from large families who study on a paid basis in secondary vocational education institutions subordinate to the Department of Education and Science, as well as the Department of Health, will be able to receive compensation for part of the cost of training in the amount of 50%. This measure of support for Sevastopol families will reduce the costs of large families and increase the availability of education for children from families of this category in educational programs of secondary vocational education on a paid basis— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Department of Education and Science Maxim Krivonos.
Currently, 147 children from large families are studying in institutions of secondary vocational education in Sevastopol. In the case of training two or more children at the same time, compensation is provided for each child.
