Sevastopol Tax Service: confirm the registration of tax accounting will be even easier

From January 1, 2026, the composition of documents confirming the registration (deregistration) in the tax authority will change.

If currently documents confirming tax registration are certificate and notification, then the new norms of the Tax Code abolish the issuance of these documents. Instead, a document confirming the registration (deregistration) in the tax authority is an extract from the USRN (the Unified State Register of Taxpayers), containing information on registration (deregistration) in the tax authority of the organization or individual on the appropriate basis.

Issued before January 1, 2026 in order to confirm the fact of registering (deregistration) in the tax authority of the certificate and notification will remain valid and will not have to be changed.

By January 1, the Federal Tax Service of Russia will prepare new rules for registering and deregistration of Russian organizations, individual entrepreneurs and citizens who are not individual entrepreneurs in the tax authorities. The corresponding project has already been posted on the federal portal of projects and regulatory acts.
