Sevastopol Tax Service: data on the state of settlements with the budget should be checked in the personal account of the taxpayer

The line of personal accounts of taxpayers in real time allows you to receive relevant information about the state of a single tax account and quickly respond to the information received.

Recall that in order to optimize the process of paying taxes and fees since 2023, Institute of a single tax account (UNS). All taxes come to the account, which is replenished using a single tax payment (UNP) until the expiration of the tax payment deadline. The amount received is distributed between the obligations of the taxpayer.

Saldo! It is a difference between the amount of funds received at a single account and accrued taxes, fees, and other obligatory payments. It can be:

• positive, if an unused balance remains in the account;
• zero, if all charges are fully paid;
• negative when more accrued obligations than funds are paid.

You can also check the state of the UNC by ordering a certificate of balance! In the event that the issues are not resolved, the taxpayer can be checked personally by signing up for a reception using the service «Online reception to the tax authority». If, in the opinion of the taxpayer, there are discrepancies in the data, then you can declare disagreement with the balance of ENS through the service «Operational assistance: unlocking the account and issues on the UNS«.

A negative balance on the balance sheet is a taxpayer’s debt, in respect of which the tax service has the right to take measures. One of these measures is the suspension of operations on bank accounts of the debtor. This is followed by the seizure of property, in accordance with Article 77 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure for resolving debt on a single tax account provides for the taxpayer made in the amount sufficient to repay the debt.

To replenish the balance sheet, you can use the services «Personal Account of the Taxpayer» or «Payment of taxes and duties» On the website of the Federal Tax Service.
