Sevastopol Tax Service: From the New Year, the registration will begin to issue a single document

From January 1, 2026, taxpayers will confirm the fact of tax records under the new rules. From this date, instead of the usual certificates of registration, all organizations, entrepreneurs and individuals will receive a single document — an extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers (USRN).

The extract will replace the TIN certificate and a notification of registration, deregistration, for example, at the location of the property.

You can get relevant information from the register of taxpayers about yourself at any time using electronic services.

You can form an extract on the FTS website in electronic form — through a personal account or using a service «Find out your TIN»as well as through Portal of public services. The electronic document sent in response is signed by an enhanced qualified electronic signature and is equivalent to the discharge on paper.

You can also get an extract by contacting the tax service personally or by sending a written request.

It is important that you do not need to change previously issued certificates and notifications — they remain valid.

When registering (deregistration), the tax authorities will issue an extract to some categories of taxpayers without request:

• Russian and foreign organizations — at the location, place of implementation of activities through a separate unit;
• foreign persons providing electronic trade or providing electronic services in the Russian Federation;
• individuals conducting activities as notaries, lawyers, arbitration managers, or on the basis of an application for registration with the tax authority or information about the paid income.

Along with the USRN, the following documents will also be confirmed:

• for legal entities — Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities(A single state register of legal entities);
• for individual entrepreneurs — Extract from the USRIP(Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs).
• For foreign legal entities — an extract from the RAFP (state register of accredited branches, representative offices of foreign legal entities).
