Sevastopol Tax Service: The Federal Tax Service switches to new digital standards for receiving taxpayers
Krympress reports:
On July 1, 2025, the Federal Tax Service of Russia begins to introduce new standards, the purpose of which is to unify and simplify the process of interaction with taxpayers in accordance with modern requirements. New rules will help to ensure the increase in transparency and automation of requests processing by switching to modern digital communication channels.
The process of complete refusal to accept appeals through electronic document management operators will be held in stages:
- From July 1, 2025, the size of the files for transfer from 5 MB to 1 MB is limited.
- From October 1, 2025, the use of specialized applications for this format of document management is stopped.
- From November 1, 2025, the reception of appeals through EDO operators completely stops.
Alternative methods of circulation are provided for taxpayers. Taxpayers can now use the following channels to send calls:
- Federal Information System «Feedback Platform» to the EPGU (PIC), which is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
- Personal offices of the taxpayer.
- Electronic services of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
Appeals can be submitted both according to approved formats and in free form. The introduction of unified digital decisions will ensure the convenience of work through a single entry point and transparency of monitoring the terms of consideration.
It should be noted that other tax administration processes available to taxpayers through EDO operators (for example, submission of tax reporting) will be preserved without changes.
