From January 1, 2026 for the tax authorities legislatively enshrined The right to not only analyze the financial and economic condition of companies and individual entrepreneurs, but also provide the results of this assessment to third parties on request.

Automated analysis of financial and economic activities of companies and individual entrepreneurs is carried out on the basis of the tax service available at the disposal of the tax service: accounting and tax reporting, information about settlements, debts and other indicators. The result of the analysis will be an extract containing a conclusion about the conformity or non -compliance of the analyzed documents with evaluation criteria.

In case of disagreement with an assessment of the entrepreneur or the organization, the right to file an application to adjust the results with the application of documents confirming their position. The Federal Tax Service of Russia is obliged to adjust the results of the assessment within 5 working days or provide a reasoned refusal.

If the request for an extract comes from a third party, then initially the result of the assessment is sent to the subject, about which the information is requested. The extract is provided to the requesting person after 10 working days from the date of granting it to the evaluated person (in the absence of an application for adjustment) or after 5 working days (in the absence of an application).

It should be noted that the Federal Tax Service of Russia since March 2023 has introduced the «Service for Evaluation of Legal Entities», which allows organizations to receive through Personal office Yul an extract with an assessment of their financial and economic condition. According to the Federal Tax Service of Russia, for two years of work, more than 100 thousand legal entities used its services. In March 2025, a similar service became available to individual entrepreneurs in «Personal office of IP».

The low quality of training of accounting and tax documents will now affect the rating of the businessman, so the significance of all the information that taxpayers reflect in their reporting is increasing.

Already now, a business responsibly related to its activities can request an extract to evaluate its activities through the service, analyze errors and eliminate risks.
