Sevastopol Tax Service: The Institute of a Unified Tax Account showed high effectiveness

The results of the activities for 2024 were summed up at an expanded meeting of the board in the Office of the Federal Tax Service for Sevastopol.

The head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for Sevastopol Alexei Mogila reported that in 2024, Sevastopol taxpayers paid 56.8 billion rubles to the budget system of the Russian Federation, which is 25% higher than the level of revenues of the previous year. The revenues to the budget of Sevastopol increased by 21% and amounted to 28.6 billion rubles. 19.4 billion rubles of insurance premiums were transferred to state extra -budgetary funds, which almost a quarter exceeds the indicators of 2023.

During the board, the leader published the economic effect of the introduction of a single tax account (UNS) in the region. For two years of work in the conditions of the UNC, the number of debtors has been reduced by almost a quarter. In addition, the volume of unexplained revenues and 12.6 times the number of payments decreased 7 times. Another positive point in the introduction of a new budget calculation mechanism is the speed of receiving payments and returning overpayment from the budget. If earlier, the tax service made the decision to unlock the current account the day after the debt repayment, now this decision is made within a few hours. Also, from 5 to 2 days, the deadlines for the return of overpayments at the treasury level were reduced. The adoption of the decision to return payments to the taxpayer by the tax service on average is 3.5 hours from the moment the application is received.

The head of the regional tax service noted positive dynamics to reduce debt. Over the reporting year, the amount of total debt was reduced by 12% (or 298 million rubles), the debt to the budget of Sevastopol — by 13%. The reduction of debt is provided for almost all taxes, as well as by penalties, interest and fines. The greatest result was achieved by insurance premiums — by 35% or 151 million rubles.

Alexei Mogila highlighted a positive result of the control control control over the completion of revenue in calculations with consumers. The head of the department recalled that in Sevastopol, about 17 thousand units of cash registers were registered and 1156 control and supervisory activities in this area were carried out in the reporting year.

The leader emphasized that the current legislation was aimed, first of all, to a pre -trial of violations. Conducting preventive visits is evaluated by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia by polls through the “State Services” portal according to criteria such as politeness, competence, understandability and accessibility of the reported information. In Sevastopol, in 2024, the systemic implementation of two industry projects “Exclusion of unfair behavior in the markets” and “public catering” continued. Based on the results of the work on the imposition of these areas of activity, revenue according to the “market” CCP for the year increased by 35%, and the number of “risk -free” objects in the field of catering is 2.9 times.
