Sevastopol Tax Service: The Service for Assessing an individual entrepreneur will help reduce risks

The personal account of an individual entrepreneur is complemented by a new tool. The “Service for Assessing an individual entrepreneur” allows an individual entrepreneur to confirm his reliability to customers and choose a reliable counterparty. Previously, such an option was valid only for legal entities.

To access the service, you need to go to the personal account of the individual entrepreneur, go to the page “How the Tax sees” and choose the option “Service for IP Evaluation”.

The source for the assessment is data on IP from tax reporting, other sources of the Federal Tax Service, as well as open data from other departments. The assessment is based on the criteria that are established by the methodology (Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 03.24.2023 No. EDS-7-31/181@ in amer. from 01.27.2025 No. ED-7-31/49@). According to the results of the automated analysis, during the approved methodology, an extract with the results of the assessment is formed, which reflects the conclusion that the taxpayer’s compliance with the established criteria is reflected.

To evaluate the standard template, the current status in the USRIP is checked, and is not IP bankrupt. In addition, the entrepreneur will be evaluated at reliability, that is, the lack of disqualification, the status of an unscrupulous supplier, ties with terrorism or extremism, the status of a foreign agent. An important evaluation criterion is considered to work with VAT. For those entrepreneurs who work with this tax, there is an assessment of the absence of discrepancies between the data in its declarations and similar data in the declarations of counterparties over the past year. And of course, an important indicator is the lack of debt to the budget.

The reliability of the extract is checked by scanning the QR code or on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia using the data verification code. In case of disagreement with indicators, the resource users have the opportunity to send a request to adjust the information contained in the report.
