Sevastopol taxpayers told how to manage a business without leaving the office

In the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol, another webinar was held, at which topical taxation issues were considered, as well as aspects of expanding electronic interaction with taxpayers. The webinar listeners could personally make sure that the services allow you to receive information and pay taxes as simple and convenient as possible.
Deputy Head of the Department of Provision of Public Services Julia Kapustina I reminded that «Personal office of an individual entrepreneur» (LC) allows you to produce most standard communications with the tax service online at any convenient time. The full functionality of the service is available to an entrepreneur who has undergone authorization using enhanced qualified electronic signature (UKEP).
Through the LC IP, you can send 20 forms of reporting, including tax returns on the simplified tax system, ESHN, 3-NDFL, as well as a single (simplified) tax return, 6-personal income tax, reporting on insurance contributions and personified information about individuals.
To send reporting, it should be formed using the program «Taxpayer Yul»which can be downloaded on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the section «Software». When forming a document, it is necessary to select the XML format, then go to the IP LC and in the section “Tax and accounting reporting” click the “Send the Document” button. After that, you need to upload the formed file, sign the UKEP document and click “Send”. The formed reporting will be sent to the tax authority at the place of registration. In the section «Events» you can track the status of a desk tax audit on a sent document.
The event was attended by the head of the SKB SKB SKB «Contour», a member of the Public Council at the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Sevastopol Dmitry Garkushwho spoke about the advantages of the transition to the electronic document management system (EDO). The speaker noted that in preparation for the event, he, with the help of artificial intelligence, determined the main advantages of Edo, which include:
- instant access to documents;
- quick coordination of documents;
- smart search for documents on given details;
- reliable storage;
- transparent work with counterparties;
- reduction in transport and paper costs and paper;
- Safe archiving.
Dmitry Garkush I dismantled on a practical example of what simple actions it is necessary to perform a businessman when switching to Edo, and noted that companies that work in the new conditions note the practical benefits of the use of new technologies. He emphasized that electronic document management significantly increases the possibility of substantiating the legitimacy of VAT deductions, as it allows you to avoid mistakes and discrepancies in the books of sales and purchases of the seller and buyer. In addition, when applying this method of accounting, it is difficult to make changes to the documentation without notifying the second side. Thus, the companies are protected from surprises during checks.
The speaker noted that changes in business processes lead to the fact that more and more paper documents will be transferred to the electronic format at the legislative level. Already today it is impossible to trade marked products and alcohol without EDO.
During the webinar, the issues of calculating property taxes in 2025, aspects of declaration of income of citizens and receiving tax deductions, changes in the field of tax accounting of individuals and organizations were also considered.
