In the evening, the man, while intoxicated, returned home and demanded money for cigarettes from the pensioner. Having received a refusal, he first threatened to destroy his father’s computer, and when he called the police, he temporarily retreated. However, after some time, an aggressively -minded son again entered the room with a knife and a mug of water. Having blocked the output, he poured water onto an elderly man, after which he imitated a stab into the chest, stopping the blade a few centimeters from the body. Seeing that his father was seriously scared, the man left the living space,-voiced the details of the incident in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

The district police officers of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Gagarinsky district detained an attacker. It was established that the defendant was previously prosecuted for non -payment of funds for the maintenance of children. A criminal case has been instituted against the rowdy under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Threat to murder or causing serious harm to health.» The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of imprisonment for up to two years.
