Sevastopol traffic police reminds drivers of the need to pay fines on time

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Since the beginning of this year, 45 Sevastopol drivers have been brought to administrative responsibility under Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Evasion of the execution of administrative punishment”, in respect of which 182 administrative materials have been drawn up.

The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds about the timely payment of fines for violation of the Rules of the road. In accordance with Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Evasion of the execution of an administrative penalty”, failure to pay an administrative fine within the period established by law entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of two times the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, but not less than one thousand rubles, or an administrative arrest on up to fifteen days, or compulsory work for up to fifty hours. You can check for unpaid fines and pay them on the interactive service of the official website of the State traffic inspectorate or in your personal account of electronic public services— noted in the press service of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol.

When paying administrative fines in the field of traffic, it is mandatory to indicate the number of the decision (20-digit unique number). The administrative fine must be paid no later than sixty days from the day the decision on the imposition of an administrative fine comes into force. With a 50% discount, offenders can pay fines within 20 days.
