On the eve of the 78th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Sevastopol veterans will receive payments in the amount of 6,000 rubles. This was told by the Acting Director of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the city Elena Bardakova at a Government meeting chaired by Mikhail Razvozhaev.
A one-time financial assistance in the amount of 6,000 rubles will be provided to our Sevastopol veterans at the expense of an inter-budgetary transfer from the budget of the city of Moscow to the budget of the city of Sevastopol. This is the traditional annual payment. We will make all accruals before the holiday, — the press service of the Government quotes Elena Bardakova.
Recall that along with the April pension, 6,487 veterans received payments on Victory Day from the Government of Sevastopol. More than 51 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
