CrimeaPRESS reports:
The prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol approved the indictment in a criminal case against two local residents.
Depending on the role and degree of participation, they are charged under Part 3 of Art. 30 — p. «g» part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed using the Internet, on a large scale) and Part 1 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition and storage without the purpose of selling narcotic drugs in a significant amount).
