The investigator of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol has been the investigation of the criminal case on the attempt to sell a large batch of synthetic drugs.
According to investigators, a 37-year-old unemployed local resident with the help of instant messengers received information about the whereabouts of large hiding places with synthetic drugs from the anonymous administrators of the People’s Commissariat of People’s Commissariats. In relation to the man, criminal cases were instituted under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 5 of Art. 228.1 and part 1 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. At the investigation stage in relation to the accused, a preventive measure was elected in the form of detention.
