In Sevastopol, they are preparing to hold a traditional, already gastronomic festival «Crimea on a plate». This time it will be dedicated to the 17 anniversary of the Hero City. According to Tourist Portal of Crimea, guests of the festival, tourists will be able to taste a variety of sets that will not only give taste pleasures, but also help you immerse yourself in the Sevastopol traditions of different eras.
Gastrofest starts on 17 February and will continue until March. According to the organizer of the event, Denis Shtukaturov, this year about 17 restaurants of Sevastopol will take part in it. Chefs are already developing set themes with might and main to pleasantly surprise every gourmet.
These can be completely different ideas and directions: architecture, art, famous historical figures. You can dedicate sets to the sea, ships — everything that is associated with Sevastopol, with its great history. Any fantasies about the city that are not tied to a specific event or person are also welcome, — told Travel Crimea Denis Shtukaturov.
He added that the sets will be presented in three price categories — 1190, 240 and 363 rubles. Prices are affected primarily by the number of dishes in one set: according to the rules, there should be from 4 to 6, including dessert. In addition, the more expensive and complex ingredients are used, the more expensive the set is again.
And since our festival coincides with Lent, the chefs will also offer special Lenten sets. Also, according to tradition, during the festival days we plan to draw certificates, the main prize is a certificate for a vacation in one of the Crimean hotels. I will not reveal all the secrets. As always, all the necessary information — on the participating restaurants and the description of the sets — will appear on our official website on the night before the start of the festival, – summed up the organizer.
