Sevastopol will receive funds for a new program for the resettlement of emergency housing

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin held a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission for Regional Development, which approved the distribution of financial support for a new program for the resettlement of dilapidated housing for 2023.
Thanks to the advanced resettlement of emergency housing, recognized as such before January 1, 2017, a number of regions were able to start implementing a new resettlement program. Today, the headquarters approved the distribution of limits for the new program for 2023 among 14 subjects. The amount of total financial support is 22.5 billion rubles. Five more entities will be able to join the regions that have already started implementing the new program this year — the Republics of Adygea and Kalmykia, the Kamchatka Territory, the Astrakhan and Voronezh Regions. The decision made will allow in 2023 to resettle 418.8 thousand square meters. meters of emergency housing, recognized as such before January 1, 2022, which means that more citizens will be provided with new comfortable housing— quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Marat Khusnullin.
Last year, the resettlement of emergency housing, recognized as such after January 1, 2017, began nine regions, including Sevastopol.
Last year, we settled 33 people from 21 residential premises with an area of 926.2 sq.m. I thank Marat Shakirzyanovich for the support he provides to Sevastopol. The issue of resettlement of dilapidated and dilapidated housing is relevant for us and thanks to the program we will be able to solve the housing problem for even more Sevastopol residents— says the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev.
During the meeting, two projects of regional programs for the renewal of communal infrastructure in Sevastopol and the Krasnodar Territory were also approved. Their total cost will be 15.3 billion rubles, including 9.4 billion rubles from the federal budget. The program provides for the renewal of 36.2 km of utility networks in Sevastopol.
At the meeting of the headquarters, Marat Khusnullin also spoke about additional opportunities for the regions for infrastructure development in 2023: 180 billion rubles were allocated for advanced construction and the limit of the infrastructure budget loans program was increased by 315 billion rubles.
