Sevastopol youth put in order the territory of batteries No. 15

On May 1, a Pervomaisky subbotnik was held in Sevastopol, organized as part of the All -Russian campaign “#difficulty” from Rosmolodezh and Russian student detachments. About 100 representatives of student detachments and the Governor’s school labor detachments (GSTO) of Sevastopol took an active part in the event, demonstrating high civil liability and love for the native city. The venue for the subbotnik-the historically significant 15th coastal battery-symbolically emphasized the importance of preserving the memory of the heroic past.

During the subbotnik, the participants cleaned the territory of battery No. 15 of accumulated garbage, collecting more than 100 bags of household and construction waste. In addition, work was carried out to remove vandal inscriptions and improve the adjacent territory.

Participation in a subbotnik is not only a contribution to the improvement of the city, but also a great opportunity to show its civic position, rally and spend a holiday with benefit for society— noted the head of the Youth Affairs Department of Sevastopol Marina elephant.

She emphasized the importance of such measures to educate a sense of patriotism and responsibility among the young generation.

I am glad that dozens of representatives of the youth of Sevastopol chose to spend their holidays in this way, on a subbotnik dedicated to the Day of Spring and Labor, ”shared Maria Samsykin, deputy head of the student units of Sevastopol,“ we worked out for glory and tidied up the territory of the 15th battery, making our contribution to the preservation of the historical memory of Sevastopol. ”
