As previously reported, a message about shooting in one of the cafes in the hotel complex in Kacha’s hotel complex was received in Sevastopol’s duty department in Sevastopol.
It was established that a 73-year-old local resident went into the utility room for washing dishes, where his former lover works. While intoxicated, he decided to prove his “masculinity” to the lady, took out an object that is similar in external signs to the pistol, and fired two shots into the ceiling. All the necessary investigative actions were carried out at the scene of the incident, the weapon was seized and sent for examination, eyewitnesses were interviewed,-voiced the details of the incident in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.
A criminal case was opened against the investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nakhimovsky district under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Threat to murder or causing serious harm to health.» The sanction of the article provides for the punishment of up to two years in prison.
