Sevastopoltsev warns: drivers will punish the telephone conversations

The State traffic inspectorate of Sevastopol informs about the beginning of preparatory work for the inclusion of violations on the road chambers by drivers of the rules for using a mobile phone.

According to Article 12.36.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the driver use of the driver during the movement of the vehicle by a phone that is not equipped with a technical device that allows negotiations without the use of hands is prohibited and entails an administrative fine of 1,500 rubles.

A conversation on a mobile phone leads to a loss of concentration and control over a road situation, — reminded the traffic police.
