Enterprise «Sevelektroavtotrans im. A. S. Krupoderova” joined the national project “Labor Productivity”. Participation in the project will last three years, of which the company will work together with experts from the Federal Competence Center for half a year. The main task for this period is to improve the processes at the enterprise. According to the director of the Department of Economic Development of Sevastopol Denis Profatilov, since 2020, measures to increase labor productivity have been implemented at individual enterprises of the city, both large and small.
From experience — after the implementation of measures to eliminate losses at these enterprises, productivity increased by an average of 30%. Now this figure may be even higher, since Sevelectroavtotrans will work together with the Federal Competence Center within the framework of the project. Collaboration will allow more productive recognition of those niches where improvements are possible, as well as will unlock the internal potential of employees for innovation— quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Denis Profatilov.
The state support envisaged by the national project assumes the growth of labor productivity without significant investments by 10% annually, the achievement of the target level of the production system and the improvement of the production culture. It is important to note that this program is not related to layoffs, but rather is aimed at improving the competence of each employee of the enterprise.
We are interested in the growth of labor productivity at our enterprise, and we also want to improve the image and prestige of the enterprise, improve the ergonomics of workplaces for more comfortable work of our employees.
