The results of the competition Rosmolodezh.Grants among educational institutions of higher education have been summed up. In the 2023 season, 184 universities became winners. Thanks to grant support, higher education institutions will be able to implement 687 projects in various regions of Russia. In total, almost 898 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. Universities could apply for participation until February 28 inclusive. Applications were accepted in several stages. In particular, students could vote for their favorite projects through the Youth of Russia system.
There are many ambitious and creative young people in our country, who from year to year join the grant competitions of Rosmolodezh. In total, in 2023, universities sent 340 applications — this is almost 2,300 projects for a total amount of more than two billion rubles. It was not so easy to choose the best of the best, all projects were aimed at developing the regions of our country and creating unique platforms for young people— said the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) Ksenia Razuvaeva.
She added that a vote was organized to select the best student applications. More than 98 thousand people from universities throughout Russia took part in the survey. The maximum amount of a grant for one university traditionally amounted to 15 million rubles.
One of the winners of the competition was Sevastopol State University. A successfully written complex application brought the university 12,539,000 rubles. In their application, the team proposed to hold the Youth Festival “Unifest. The Energy of Achievement. This is a communication platform for representatives of the university, business and the youth community in order to promote professional, career and entrepreneurial opportunities at the regional and all-Russian level.
The youth festival «UniFest» was first held in 2021. It was then that we won a grant from Rosmolodezh for the implementation of this project. In truth, for us, such support from the state is a huge help for the implementation of the most daring initiatives, — shared the director of the Student Office of the Sevastopol State University Tatiana Cherniy.
The university managed to receive a grant three times and hold a festival every autumn. According to the organizers, every year the event became more and more interesting and varied. That is why now he already has his fans who are looking forward to this momentous event.
