Sevprirodnadzor was held accountable for the guilty of illegal discharge of waste — he will pay a fine

In February 2025, the driver of the vehicle dropped construction waste into urban territory. As a result of the operational actions of the Sevprirodnadzor and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nakhimovsky district, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up in relation to the guilty person. The fine amounted to 40 thousand rubles.

Sevprirodnadzor draws the attention of citizens: waste accumulation is allowed only in specially designated places that meet the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The discharge of waste to the citywide territory, as well as private land plots is not permissible and is a violation.

It should be noted that since the beginning of 2025, Severoderodnadzor for similar violations in the field of waste management identified and involved 27 people guilty of illegal waste reset from trucks.
