Sevreestr carried out more than 100 control measures for land supervision

One of the important areas of the activity of Sevreestr is the implementation of state land supervision aimed at preventing, identifying, suppressing violations of land legislation, namely, preventing the unauthorized occupation of the land plot and its use as a purpose of permitted use. I believe that compliance with the mandatory requirements of land legislation is the key to the successful development of the city,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as the head of the registration department of law and cadastre Artem Fadeev.

To date, the Severestr Land Supervision Department held more than 100 control (supervisory) measures in relation to 57 land plots with a total area of ​​more than 77 thousand square meters. m. Checks are carried out both in interaction with the copyright holders of the plots and without it.

As an example, we can cite the situation with the land plot at ul. Vakulenchuk, 39v. In February of the current year, on appeals of citizens and acts of inspections of the Department of Property and Land Relations, control measures were carried out. Then the site was owned by the city and was on lease.

Based on the results of the audit, the tenant announced a warning about the inadmissibility of violation of the mandatory requirements of land legislation. Signs of excess of the factual land use area were revealed in comparison with the information of the USRN, as well as signs of non -targeted use. Types of permitted use installed for the site (“Warehouses” and “Construction Industry”) do not allow activities related to the provision of driving school services.

However, two months later, a re -appeal was received in Sevreestr about the misuse of this land plot. To verify the information, Sevreestr conducted an exit examination. Based on the results of the examination, a decision will be made on further actions, including the issuance of a order to the copyright holder on the elimination of the identified violations of land legislation.
