“Shouldn’t we go to the addresses of the debtors,” state traffic inspectors and bailiffs in Crimea decided

In Crimea, as part of the operational and preventive measure “Debtor”, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate and bailiffs visited drivers with debts for non-payment of administrative fines for violating traffic rules. Such a raid, in particular, took place today in the Nizhnegorsky district.
During the joint event, a resident of the Nizhnegorsky district was identified, against whom enforcement proceedings were initiated for failure to pay administrative fines for violation of the Traffic Rules in the amount of 17 proceedings in the amount of 11,000 rubles. The defaulter owned a Chevrolet car, which was seized by bailiffs. In case of non-payment of fines, this car will be sold in order to reimburse existing debts and compensate for enforcement costssaid the traffic police.
Since the beginning of the operational preventive measures, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate have compiled 23 administrative materials for the debtor under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, preventive measures were taken regarding the need to pay administrative fines within the period established by law.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate report that information about existing and unpaid administrative fines for violation of the Traffic Rules, including violations recorded using automatic photo-video recording devices, can be obtained on the Official Website of the State Traffic Inspectorate and on the State Services Portal.
