CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Sevastopol, the prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district proved in court the guilt of two women who fraudulently took possession of the premises of a store in the city center. Two local residents, born in 1964 and 1972 found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (large-scale fraud).
It was established that in 2015, at the request of their old acquaintance, the women prepared documents on the donation and sale of her property to relatives. However, taking advantage of the victim’s confidence, among 45 draft donation agreements, they gave her 2 agreements for donation of a number of premises to themselves for signing. The owner, trusting the intruders, signed the contracts without reading them. Thus, they stole from her the premises of the store and several other non-residential premises on the street. General Petrov— reports the details of the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.
The Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol sentenced the guilty to a 3-year suspended sentence with a 3-year probationary period. Also, each convict is obliged to pay a fine of 200 thousand rubles. The verdict did not enter into force.
