Another raid to clear the advertisements from power line supports, fences and building facades was carried out in the Crimean capital. Anton Konovalov, head of the control department in the field of highway improvement of the administrative and technical control department, spoke about this. According to his information, employees of the Simferopol City Administration conduct daily rounds of the city in order to monitor and prevent violations of the Landscaping Rules.
We remind you that unauthorized placement of advertising structures, as well as posting advertisements and leaflets is strictly prohibited! Persons who commit these actions will be subject to administrative liability. Since the beginning of the year, specialists have dismantled about 1,000 illegal notices from walls, power line supports and building facades. Work in this direction will continue, — the press service of the Simferopol administration quotes Anton Konovalov.
For violation of the Landscaping Rules, administrative liability is provided in the form of a fine. For individuals it ranges from 2 to 5 thousand rubles, for individual entrepreneurs — from 10 to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities — from 30 to 100 thousand rubles.
