Simferopol Polyclinic is among the winners of the regional stage of the competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency”

GBUZ RK «Simferopol Polyclinic No. 4» took first place in the nomination «For the development of social partnership in non-production organizations.» In a medical organization, the social policy of the institution is reflected in the current collective agreement, which ensures the economic and social rights of workers, creating a favorable social atmosphere in the workforce. All employees are 100% members of the trade union of healthcare workers of the Russian Federationnoted the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.

For reference: The All-Russian competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” has been held annually since 2000, in two stages — at the regional and federal levels. It provides an opportunity for organizations to demonstrate active internal corporate policies, achievements in working with personnel, improving working conditions and safety, developing social partnerships, promoting a healthy lifestyle for employees, and others. Based on the results of the regional stage of the competition, by decision of the RTK, taking into account the proposals of the expert working group, 15 employers were identified as winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the competition in 2024.
