Simferopol residents are warned about fines for dumping construction and bulky waste at MSW sites

In Simferopol, monitoring of urban areas continues, aimed at identifying facts of non-compliance with the Landscaping Rules. The head of the control department in the field of improvement and highways, Anton Konovalov, spoke about this.

Large containers are placed throughout the city to collect bulky household waste in order to maintain cleanliness and order. In accordance with the current City Improvement Rules, storage of construction waste and materials, as well as bulky household waste, is not allowed on container sites and adjacent areas.

For violation of these rules, the legislation of the Republic of Crimea on administrative offenses provides for administrative liability in the form of a fine:

• for individuals — from 2000 to 5000 rubles;
• for individual entrepreneurs and officials — from 10,000 to 50,000 rubles;
• for legal entities — from 30,000 to 100,000 rubles.
