Simferopol's duty dispatch service operates 24 hours a day
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Simferopol Single Duty Dispatch Service receives from 200 to 600 citizen requests daily. This was reported by the director of the Simferopol Single Duty Dispatch Service Nikolay Talyupa.
According to him, the dispatch service accepts and processes applications from city residents and legal entities regardless of their form of ownership. Most of the requests (about 70%) that are received by the Simferopol EDDS concern the housing and utilities sector. These are reports of fallen trees, requests for repair work on water supply networks, or detection of ragweed growth sites.
The dispatcher accepts the application and forwards it to the competent organizations to perform the relevant work. At the same time, feedback is always maintained with the applicant: they call him back and inform him about the stage of solving the problem— the press service of the Simferopol administration quotes Nikolai Talyupa.
Let us remind you that the Unified Duty Dispatch Service of the city receives messages from the population and organizations about any incidents, disruptions in the operation of the city’s life support systems and facilities, public utilities and other information.
The city’s Unified Dispatch Service operates around the clock. You can leave a request at the city number: +7 (3652) 60-49-09 or mobile: +7 (978) 944 39 59; +7 (918) 030 01 12.
