Simferopol stairs attracted the attention of the prosecutor's office. Not like rarities, like emergency objects

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Central District of the city of Simferopol, at the request of a local resident, carried out an inspection of compliance with legal requirements when disposing of municipal property.

It has been established that in the area of ​​the 3rd Petrovsky dead-end / Petrovskaya Balka streets there are open structures — stairs that are in poor condition, fragments of flights are missing, retaining elements of the drainage systems are destroyed, protective fences are missing or destroyed, the components of the staircase structure are in a dilapidated state . In this regard, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit.

By a court decision, the city administration was entrusted with the obligation to recognize these objects as ownerless and register them in the register of municipal property for further reconstruction— reported the prosecutor’s office.
