At night, a pretty drunk man, walking along the street, noticed a bicycle, fastened to the grille of the window of the basement. Having damaged the castle of the anti -theft cable, he abducted the bicycle and disappeared in an unknown direction. The detainee explained to the police that he had dismantled the bicycle to the details and threw it into the garbage tank.
