In Crimea, the prosecutor’s office of the Krasnogvardeisky district approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 38-year-old local resident. He is charged under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). “Nuance” of the crime: there is a fratricide in the dock.
According to investigators, in October 2023, while intoxicated and at his place of residence, the accused came into conflict with his brother. During the quarrel, the man stabbed the victim once in the left chest area. As a result of the injury, the victim died at the scene of the crime— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Krasnogvardeisky District Court for consideration on the merits.
