At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, it was decided that from April 1, 2025, the beginning of a fire hazardous season was officially announced in the city. The corresponding draft resolution was considered and adopted under the chairmanship of the governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
The document defines a list of settlements, horticultural partnerships, as well as objects of healing and recreation of children, which are threatened with forest and other landscape fires.
With the start of the fire hazard season, control measures will be strengthened and the possibility of equipping seasonal employees of the fire extinguishing service of the State Budgetary Institution of the city of Sevastopol “Directorate of Prosptor and Forestry” will be ensured.
Within the framework of comprehensive events, people who own, who use and (or) dispose of the territory adjacent to the forest provide their cleaning from dry grassy vegetation, stitched residues, lobby, stocking residues, waste production and consumption and other combustible materials in a strip at least 10 meters from the boundaries of the territory and (or) forests or separate the firefighter. a mineralized strip with a width of at least 1.4 meters or other fire barrier.
We draw attention to the fact that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs using forests or have objects in the forest, as well as those responsible for holding mass events in the forest before leaving or entering the forest, are required to instruct their employees or participants in mass events and other measures to comply with the requirements of these Rules and the prevention of forest fires, as well as on ways of their extinguishing.
Recall that during the fire hazardous season it is prohibited:
use open fire (bonfires, soldering lamps, primuses, barbecue, brazing) in coniferous young animals, on bars, in areas of damaged forest, peat rods, in the places of cutting (on the forests), as well as when cleaning the stems from branches, including the top parts of the cut trees, crowned, twigs, sorestone) and harvested) and harvested) wood, in places with dried grass, as well as under the crowns of trees;
b) throw burning matches, cigarette butts and hot ash of smoking tubes, glass (glass bottles, jars, etc.);
c) leave oiled or impregnated with gasoline, kerosene or other combustible substances in materials not specifically provided for this for this;
d) refill the fuel tanks of internal combustion engines during engine operation, use machines with a faulty engine power supply, as well as smoke or use open fire near the machines seasoned by combustible.
