Since the beginning of the year, 34 new objects have been added to the Register of Investment Sites of the Republic of Crimea

Since the beginning of the year, the register of investment sites in the region has been replenished with another 34 sites with a cadastral value of more than 1.75 billion rubles. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
Of the 34 land plots intended for the implementation of the investment project, 2 are located in Yalta, 4 each in Yevpatoriya and in the Simferopol region. Investors can already familiarize themselves with information on them on the investment map, which contains all the relevant information on infrastructure,” press service Irina Kiviko quotes.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, as of April 1, 2024, the register contains information about 271 investment sites. Note thatinvestment card, posted on the Investment Portal of the Republic of Crimea, is brought into full compliance with the methodology of the Regional Investment Standard. Also, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has developed investment map of Russia, which was presented in February of this year. It has already been put into operation and is available to Russian and foreign entrepreneurs and investors.
Reference: Since 2022, the Republic of Crimea has joined the ranks of pilot subjects of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the Regional Investment Standard (RIS). This is a system for supporting new investment projects in the regions of the Russian Federation. JSC Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea is part of the Regional Investment Standard system and provides support for investment projects within the framework of Resolution of the Council of Ministers of Crimea No. 368.
