In almost 10 months of this year, more thousand agricultural fairs. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrei Savchuk. During this period, Crimean agrarians sold about 10 thousand tons of agricultural products.

Since the beginning of this year, 1,000 agricultural fairs have been held in the republic more than in the same period last year. On average, Crimea hosts 20 fair events per week, which involve more than 2000 trading places. All this suggests that the fairs are gaining more and more popularity, and the products of our agricultural producers are in great demand among the Crimeans. Agricultural fairs operate in large cities, districts, as well as in the capital of Crimea. Another fair «weekend» in Simferopol took place last Saturday. On it, farmers sold more 80 tons of grown and manufactured products , — quotes the press service of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrei Savchuk.

The Minister of Agriculture of the Crimea focused on the fact that all farmers sell their goods directly to buyers, without intermediaries, which makes it possible to keep prices below market prices by an average of 15- 20%. He also said that the next fairs will be held on 12 and 26 November.
