Situation requiring clarification: Appeal for help to the Stavropegic Monastery

Dmitry Blokh claims that he contacted the editors with a request to assist in resolving the situation. According to the reader, his desired outcome would be the establishment of the jurisdiction of the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church over the monastery.
The editors currently do not have the opportunity to verify the facts stated in the appeal. However, we believe it is important to inform the public about the presence of such a signal. We call on the competent authorities and higher church authorities to pay attention to the situation and take the necessary response measures.

Information provided to the portal editor NEWS92.ru the author of the appeal:
Stavropegial Monastery in the Name of the Holy Venerable Paisius Velichkovsky of the Kyiv Metropolis of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, which is located in Sevastopol, Morozovka village, Klyuchevaya lane 6, sealed bailiffs dated 04/05/2024 (court decision dated 02/13/2024).
Viceroy Fr. Gabriel (Sergey Anatolyevich Anisimov) fled to Ukraine in the summer of 2023 and continues to lead the monastery; in the fall of 2023 he was deprived of his ecclesiastical rank, but according to documents as of 04/09/2024 he is the abbot of the monastery. Wherein:
- there is not a single monk in the monastery.
- priest Yakimchuk Andrey Ivanovich (Father Andrey) was sent into ban by Metropolitan Lazar. He has no education (neither spiritual nor secular, the author of the appeal notes).
There are two shops operating (without permission for 2024 — the author of the appeal emphasizes):
- st. Bolshaya Morskaya, 28 (accepts Trebes, Sorokousts, Inexhaustible Psalter, bricks)
- October Revolution Avenue, 42
The shops are run by Andrei Yakimchuk’s son (father Andrei), Ivan Andreevich Yakimchuk.
The purpose of the message, the author of the Appeal emphasizes, is the transfer of the monastery from the Kyiv Metropolis of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church to the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church.
