Small and medium-sized businesses in Crimea can rent state property at preferential rates

Small and medium-sized businesses have access to leasing state property at preferential rates as part of the support for SMEs and self-employed citizens. Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Anna Anyukhina recalled this.
Property support for SMEs is one of the priority areas of activity of government authorities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Approved by Order of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated November 15, 2016 No. 1429-r Scroll property owned by the Republic of Crimea and free from the rights of third parties. The property included in this list is available for rent by small and medium-sized businesses, as well as self-employed individuals for a period of at least 5 years on preferential rent terms,” explained the Deputy Prime Minister.
So, in the 1st year of the lease, the tenant will have to pay 40% of the rent amount, in the 2nd year — 60%, and in the third — 80% of the rent amount; 4th and subsequent years the full amount is paid.
As of the end of September of this year, there were 653 objects on the List, of which 616 were transferred for use under 13 lease agreements. At the moment, outbuildings and commercial premises remain available for rent in Simferopol, Chernomorsky, Krasnogvardeysky, Pervomaisky and Kirovsky districts, as well as in the cities of Simferopol, Kerch and Evpatoria.
