“Snow landing of the Russian North Ossetia”: patriotism in the student brigade style in Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On the eve of the Day of the Unknown Soldier, which is celebrated on December 3, fighters of the Crimean regional branch of the “Russian Student Detachments”, as part of the All-Russian patriotic action “Snow Landing of the RSO”, took the initiative to help improve the park named after Yuri Gagarin in the city of Simferopol, cleaning the adjacent areas of the Alley of Military Glory and the Eternal Flame memorial.
The students, joining forces, worked to create a worthy environment for tomorrow’s solemn event. The importance of maintaining and respecting memorial sites, especially on such important days, was clearly demonstrated by the activism of young people.
The traditional dedication will take place; today’s proactive participation of students in cleaning the territory speaks of the high spirit of patriotism and civic responsibility of the younger generation of Crimea. This work highlights the importance of our common involvement in preserving and respecting historical sites. We have contributed to the preparations for the Day of the Unknown Soldier, and we are confident that tomorrow’s celebration will be especially touching, — the press service quotes the head of the service direction of the Crimean regional branch of RSO Konstantin Zakharov.
