Snowboarding rides ended with a fine for violating traffic rules. Case in Saki

In Saki, police officers brought the offender to administrative responsibility.
Employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saki» studied a video recording in which a man was snowboarding on a public road in the city of Saki, clinging to a car with a cable. For violating the rules for transporting people, a 33-year-old car owner was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Art. 12.23 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. He faces a fine. The snowboarder’s identity has been established. Preventative work is being carried out with him— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The Crimean police reminds that such entertainment is extremely dangerous and often ends in traffic accidents, as a result of which participants are injured and endanger not only themselves, but also other people.
