Social coordinators were trained in the Sevastopol branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Social coordinators of the Sevastopol branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation were trained by the famous Russian extreme psychologist Tatyana Sinitsyna. The work was organized at the site of the branch of the state fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» in Sevastopol with the assistance of the charitable foundation «Svoim». To date, 21 social coordinators work in the branch of the fund. Every day, specialists help dozens of veterans of a special military operation to solve important tasks, provide comprehensive support and help them cope with their emotions. Always being in good shape in this job is very important.
We want our social coordinators to be able to solve any problems of the wards. Not only to advise and accompany the issue of obtaining social support measures, but also to help psychologically. We are very grateful to Tatyana Sinitsyna for conducting the training, her professionalism and practical advice. We are sure that all this will be useful in the work of our social coordinators— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation Elena Anisimova.
Tatyana Sinitsyna, clinical psychologist, class II rescuer of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and class I of the Rosatom state corporation, taught the employees how to self-regulate through the respiratory and muscular systems.
The techniques that we analyzed are suitable for different tasks, for example, they help to cope with a headache, relieve stress from the spine, recover or regulate sleep. Also, with social coordinators, we mastered the methods of switching mental activity and attention in a stressful state— says Tatyana Sinitsyna.
