The Social Fund congratulates Russians on the New Year and reportshow territorial branches will work on January holidays. They will return to standard work hours on January 9. To ensure that citizens have the opportunity to seek services during the holidays, on January 4, the fund’s offices will provide services on a reduced schedule. On this day, branches across the country will receive citizens and policyholders from 9 am to 4 pm to provide the necessary services.
The unified contact center for social issues 8-800-1-00000-1 from January 3 until the end of the holidays accepts requests daily until 17:00. On January 9, the contact center will return to standard hours.
You can receive the fund’s services during all New Year holidays through the State Services portal. There are electronic services for almost all payments and support measures provided by the Social Fund.
Customer service hours:
- January 4 – from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- January 5 – 8 – no reception.
- From January 9 — reception according to the standard schedule.
