CrimeaPRESS reports:

The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate conducted an investigation into this incident and established the identity of the offender. He turned out to be a 24-year-old local resident. A number of administrative materials were drawn up against the driver for driving in a lane intended for oncoming traffic, for transporting passengers not wearing seat belts and for driving a vehicle without compulsory insurance under Part 4 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, Article 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and under Part 2 of Article 12.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The maximum penalty for violating traffic rules under these articles provides for deprivation of a driver’s license for up to six months, — the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea reported.

The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea calls on all road users to observe basic road safety rules, on which the life and health of everyone depends.

Remember, your safety and the safety of those around you depend on your discipline on the road.
