The head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Diana Feratov spoke about support measures for veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Afghan War and SV participants.
In the Russian Federation, 2025 was declared the year of the defender of the Fatherland. The Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Administration of the city of Simferopol provides measures to support veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Afghan war and participants of SV.
For 14 veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the following support measures are provided:
- payment of housing and utilities in the amount of 100% of the established standards;
- preferential travel in public transport;
- An annual one -time payment for Victory Day.
This year, the amount of payments was increased. So, direct participants in the hostilities during the Second World War will receive 200 thousand rubles in April this year, — noted Diana Feratova.
For 240 warriors-internationalists who participated in the hostilities of the war in Afghanistan, support measures are also provided in the form of:
- discounts on payment of utilities and dwelling;
- preferential travel in public transport;
- annual one -time payment for Victory Day.
In addition, the fighters who received the I or II group of disability as a result of participation in hostilities in Afghanistan provides for a monthly cash payment— emphasized Diana Feratova.
For 1057 participants in a special military operation, social support measures are also provided:
- payment of housing and utilities;
- preferential travel in public transport;
- The cash payments provided.
