Socks, figurines and shower gels: Crimeans spoke about the worst New Year's gifts
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Before preparing surprises for your friends and family for the New Year, check our anti-rating of New Year’s gifts. Economically active citizens from Crimea took part in an open survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
12% of Crimeans consider clothing items to be the worst New Year’s gifts: socks, dressing gowns, sweaters, T-shirts, hats and scarves (especially with New Year’s prints) are the most annoying. 8% of respondents consider cosmetics and hygiene products to be bad gifts. Our anti-rating also included souvenirs (toys, figurines, magnets, candles and other “dust collectors”), sweets and kitchen utensils (4% of votes each). Another 4% spoke about other unsuccessful New Year’s gifts, including towels, stationery, sports equipment, bed linen, flowers, puzzles, jewelry, etc..,” noted the service’s press service.
For 3% of respondents, the worst New Year’s gift is bad news on the eve of the holiday or a lack of good mood.
13% of respondents believe that the worst thing about the New Year is to be left without congratulations at all.
Every third city resident did not receive bad New Year’s gifts.
Men, more often than women, do not like it when gifts of clothing are given as gifts for the New Year. Women are not delighted with souvenirs and kitchen utensils.
