Someone earns, and someone spends: how many residents of the Southern Federal District are ready to overpay for the view from the number

According to Avito Travel and Avito advertising, 10%of surveyed residents of the Southern Federal District are unequivocally ready to overpay for a beautiful view from the hotel room, the majority would like to see the sea and beach (42%) or mountains (24%) outside the window. At the same time, 31% of respondents learn about new proposals from hotels and discounts for booking rooms from advertising on sites with ads and marketplaces.
Experts of Avito Travel and Avito Advertising interviewed 10 thousand Russians to find out if the hotel is important for them and how much they are ready to pay for it.
According to the survey, the most significant criteria for choosing a hotel for residents of the Southern Federal District are an affordable price (34%), the cleanliness and convenience of rooms (19%), a good service (12%) and the location of the hotel (9%). The beautiful view from the window does not belong to key selection criteria, however, almost half (49%) consider this factor important, including 10% are unambiguously ready to overpay for the best view from the number.

Among those respondents for whom the view from the window is important, most often respondents would like to see the sea and beach (42%), mountains (24%) and a forest landscape (14%). Rivers and embankments attract 6%of respondents, attractions — 7%, view of the city — 5%, park and recreational zones — 2%.
With a budget of 43,950 rubles for a trip (based on one person), the respondents from the window of the number are ready to additionally spend 2970 rubles from the window window. Most (63%) seeks to meet the overpayment of a window of 3000 rubles, 24% are ready to spend from 3001 to 5000 rubles on this option, 6% — from 5001 to 7000 rubles, 4% — from 7001 to 10,000 rubles, 3% — more than 10,001 rubles.

Also, Avito travel experts and Avito advertising asked how users receive information about hotels, new offers and discounts for booking numbers. Almost a third of the respondents (32%) notes that online advertising rather affects their choice of housing in travels.
