Working trip at the request of citizens.
Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Vladimir Nemtsev, together with the head of the State Institution «Directorate for the Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Sevastopol» Vladimir Davydchenko, conducted a working trip to the villages of the Baydarskaya Valley at the request of citizens.
Residents of the village of Orlinoe asked the speaker of the city parliament to assist in the installation of an additional bus stop pavilion near the square of Military Glory. The nearest stops are located at a distance of a kilometer from the square and kindergarten. It is difficult for elderly people and parents with small children to walk this distance, given the fact that they have to walk literally along the roadway, sidewalks are not equipped here. Vladimir Nemtsev applied to the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development.
In early November, we went here with representatives of the department and, together with the residents, decided where to stop. In December, appropriate road signs were installed, changes were made to the order of the department, which determined an additional stop for public transport. Buses now stop at the parking lot. In the first quarter of this year, the department promises to make a special arrival and a comfortable stopping complex , — said Vladimir Nemtsev.
Vladimir Davydchenko noted that an additional pedestrian crossing will also appear here.
As part of the working trip, Vladimir Nemtsev listened to the problematic questions of the residents of the village of Shirokoye. First of all, they drew attention to the need to improve the road surface on Klyushkin Street. Asphalt has never been here. The villagers experience inconvenience in getting to and from their homes, and in bad weather even special vehicles cannot get here.
An appeal was prepared to the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development. It was decided to include the public road in the roadway restoration work plan with the addition of milled asphalt concrete, having previously eliminated pits and mounds. In the future, we will plan financing so that a full-fledged asphalt surface appears here , — said Vladimir Nemtsev.
In addition, the parliamentarian explained to the residents why it is impossible to start asphalting the road right away. Excavation work was carried out here related to the additional gasification of the village, and therefore it is necessary to wait for the soil to shrink.
Residents pointed out another problem — a leak from the water supply. The Speaker of the Parliament assured that a visit with representatives of Vodokanal would be organized, and the solution of the identified issues would be kept under control.
