Specialists in Sevastopol urge to comply with the requirements of a special fire regime

Recall that from July, a special fire regime has been in effect on the territory of Sevastopol. Today there was a meeting with residents of the Orlinovsky municipal district. Employees of relevant departments spoke about fire safety rules, as well as administrative responsibility in case of their violation.

For the period of the special fire regime in the city, including in rural areas, additional fire safety requirements have been established. The village is, first of all, households, their own subsidiary plots, where people are engaged in gardening and horticulture. These are branches, dry grass, respectively, the problem arises: what to do with them. Many begin to store in their yards, near the house. We will submit to the city commission the issue of identifying some special places during the period of the special fire regime and helping our residents send it for processing , — the press service quotes the head of the Orlinovsky municipal district Alexander Bogush.

The meeting brought together residents of the Baydar, Varnautskaya valleys and the village of Laspi. In these settlements and in the territories adjacent to them there is a large forest area, which can be prone to fires. At the same time, non-compliance with fire safety requirements entails administrative liability.

Penalties for violation of fire safety requirements during the period of the special fire regime are for citizens — from 10 up to thousand rubles, for officials — from 30 up to 60 thousand rubles, for individual entrepreneurs — from 46 up to 60 thousand rubles, for legal entities — from 400 up to 800 thousand rubles. For our part, we not only carry out raids in all municipal districts, but also engage in prevention with residents, explain what cannot be done , — notes the senior engineer of the department for organizing supervisory and preventive measures of the Supervisory Activities and Preventive Work Department of the Main Directorate EMERCOM of Russia for the city of Sevastopol Konstantin Danilov.

For the duration of the special fire regime in Sevastopol, it is prohibited:

• launching pyrotechnic products, holding agricultural fires, making fires, burning solid household waste, garbage on the territory of horticultural and horticultural non-profit partnerships, forest fund, settlements; 400
• grass burning on land adjacent to forests, agricultural land, protective and forest plantations, as well as carrying out other fire-hazardous work; 400
• the use of barbecues and other devices for the heat treatment of food using open fire, with the exception of barbecues and other devices in operation on the territories of public catering establishments.
