Specialists working in organizations of the agro -industrial complex of Sevastopol will be able to receive 250 thousand rubles

A one -time payment is aimed at increasing the prestige of professions in agricultural production and support for young specialists working at the agricultural enterprises of the region after the end of higher or secondary specialized education.

For these purposes, 1 million rubles will be sent from the city budget this year.

The recipients of a lump -sum payment will be young specialists under the age of 35, inclusive, who completed training in the field of the agro -industrial complex and employed for 3 years at the city agricultural enterprises.

For specialists with higher education, state support is provided in the amount of 250 thousand rubles, with secondary professional — 200 thousand rubles. They will begin to provide a one -time payment already in the third quarter of this year.

The resolution of the personnel issue in Sevastopol is built on an integrated approach, including the receipt of higher education, practice in leading agricultural enterprises, the subsequent employment of graduates within the region, and now material support.

Recall that since 2019, the Department of Agricultural Technology has been working at the Institute of Development of the city of SevUU, where the undergraduate programs in the direction of “Horticulture (viticulture and winemaking)” and magistrates in the direction “Management and Vinograd and Winery Enterprise)” have been opened. The number of students who want to receive higher education in these specialties is growing annually.

Educational programs are practical. Training covers the entire cycle of creating and managing viticultural-shaped production-from the landing of the vine to the sale of finished products. Students study modern agricultural and technological operations, as well as issues of management and marketing of wine -making products.
