In Simferopol, the prosecutor’s office demands that measures be taken to prevent the spread of spider mites.
The prosecutor’s office of the city of Simferopol, in connection with publications posted on social networks about the infestation of trees by spider mites, conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation. It has been established that the city administration has not fully carried out measures to treat trees against pests.the supervisory authority said in a statement.
In view of the identified violations, a proposal was made to the local government body, which is under consideration.
